Kelvin Caiati brings more than 17 years of lending experience and has worked on thousands of loan transactions throughout his career. With a client-first approach, Kelvin places a high value on honesty, clear communication, fiduciary responsibility, and exceptional service, helping clients feel informed and supported at every stage of the financing process.
Kelvin founded Versatile Lending to create a more personal, strategic, and responsive mortgage experience for buyers, homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals. With the ability to broker loans through more than 180 different banks, Kelvin is able to shop a wide range of lending options to help clients find some of the best available rates, competitive terms, and lower closing costs.
His goal is to make lending feel clear and manageable while helping clients choose financing options that align with their goals. Kelvin earned academic honors for his outstanding performance in the College of Business and Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Today, he brings that same level of discipline, care, and professionalism to every client relationship.

As Executive Assistant and Business Development Manager, Lucia plays a key role in supporting Versatile Lending’s agent relationships and day-to-day operations. She works closely with Kelvin to help create a smooth, responsive experience for both agents and clients, making sure communication stays clear and the process feels supported from start to finish.
Lucia’s primary focus is connecting with real estate professionals in our market, introducing them to partnership opportunities, and helping agents understand how Versatile Lending can be a valuable resource for their business. She is often one of the first points of contact for agents exploring the Business Development Program and brings a thoughtful, relationship-first approach to every conversation.
